We use this information to review enquiries and applications, match creators with relevant campaigns, communicate about GLO services, administer campaigns and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell personal information.

Our lawful basis

We process information where it is necessary to respond to your request, take steps toward a potential contract, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue our legitimate interest in operating and improving GLO.

Who receives information

Information is accessible to authorised GLO personnel and service providers that support website hosting, email, administration and campaign delivery. Relevant application details may be shared with a studio or publisher when considering you for a campaign, but not before GLO has a legitimate reason to do so.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as it remains useful for the purpose collected, our business records or legal requirements. We use access controls, secure connections and restricted administration tools to protect it, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights
